Celebrating birthday at 'Ohana

We will be there a few days before my husband's birthday. I wanted to celebrate it with a dinner at 'Ohana since it is his favorite restaurant. Will do they do anything special? And how/when do I inform them that we're celebrating his birthday?

Put it on the reservation that you are celebrating his birthday. Most likely, he will get a cupcake with a candle in it, and a song.

I just went to Ohana for my birthday and my friend's 2 year old daughter's birthday on May 15. I marked down both of our birthdays on the reservation, plus we were wearing our birthday pins. They brought out a cupcake for both of us with a candle in them and had the whole table sing Happy Birthday to both of us.

Another cupcake and candle...

Not that we wanted it with the bread pudding. So they boxed the cupcake for us for a breakfast of champions the next morning.
