Celebrating 9 days with my 4 kids(7,6,4,2)May 2009, I know I'm late starting this TR

The flower and garden festival looks AMAZING! I can't wait! I love the pics of all the fairy topiaries. I will have to show those to Bella later. And note to self: DO NOT eat at Germany CS. :rotfl2: Gross!

I can't wait to see what kind of toparies they have this year. You will have to take lots of pictures for me. You took a good note. Just remember that. I don't know, there may be some people that love green sausages.:confused3

TWO WEEKS!!! You must be so excited. Start Getting Ready now!

I think we all have "chunky" winters. I hate exercising in the winter because I am always to cold to put on my workout clothes. You look great in your pictures though. I don't think you are chunky.

You may have seen Mullet woman at some point too!! Maybe on the bus!! Your family is beautiful, and your girls are so adorable. They look just alike as well. I don't think I have ever seen two sisters look so much alike.

Thanks for the comments!

It took me a minute to realize what the "pacman" pictures were. Then I realized it was when they were pretending to eat spaceship earth. That is so funny!! Stay tuned I have a video of Goofy and DH drinking Beverly coming up soon.

:rotfl2::rotfl::lmao: You are so hilarious!! I am just glad you are still around. I didn't know what happened to you. Have you been working on your TR? I haven't gotten any notices in a long time. I can't wait to hear more about your trip!

I can't believe how close your trip is . You will be there next week. I bet Claire is excited! Don't eat at the CS in Germany!

No we're not going this year...the stuff in my signature is still from last year. I wish we were going.

:thumbsup2 I updated yesterday.

Love your latest update and I laugh about your husband letting you pick restaurants from now on. Gotta love having the power!!

Okay - you have been so great about answering all my questions - here is another one for you (or anyone else reading). What type of bag(s) do you carry? And what is your advice on strollers? We have three young children (7,4,1) and I can't quite figure out the best way to carry everything and everyone. I love our BOB stroller but it only carries one child. Our 7 year old can probably walk but our 4 year will get tired/cranky. I am thinking that I will strap a diaper bag over the stroller to leave behind and then carry something smaller on my body. Thoughts?? Thanks for any help!!

:thumbsup2:thumbsup2 to TT time. Germany didn't sound so good for food so mental note made not to eat here even when the kids are really hungry and we have to walk back for other places. Those pics of your DS's eating spaceship earth are great, also loved the phrase pacman for these. Well done for keeping going on your TR :yay:

Thanks for the kind words: I don't look chunky in the photos I posted (- that's why I posted them -) but I will in regular photos - but it's OK

I am going to Disney and I'm already married so I refuse to be (too) neurotic about it!

Oh I wish I had quoted, now I cant get it - is it A& B Momma or something like that :rotfl2: too funny about lurking less!

How do people bear the last few weeks before the vacation?

I have to admit this whole we has been just crazy for me! I haven't touched a computer besides my work one since Monday! I was just crazy busy with working out and work and then school. DH's birthday is on Monday so I'm going why is the week so crazy!!!!

But I think this is yet another flame to fuel my baby crazy! I'm so happy for you guys! Did you have most of your kids natural? Don't think me crazy! A lot of my friends have and they even did the home water birthing. I'm not brave enough to do that in my home but I'd like to go to a birthing center when my time comes. But wow! 5! I can't even imagine 1 right now. Only the dog and he is more than enough haha! I hope your time is great and filled with joy and love from your brood! :)
:cutie::love::hug:

Okay, so I'm in the hospital for a week and when I first log back into the Dis I see you are preggos?????? Congrats!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! At least someone has had time for some fun lately. Lol. ;)

Congrats!!!!

Oh, that was so gross about the green sausages. yuk

Oh darn. I was hoping you had another trip coming up.

:thumbsup2 I updated yesterday.

Read it, and once again loved it. I am so mad that I am not getting emailed the updates.

I would definitely take a double stroller, and then I would let DH be the one in charge of getting it off and on the bus.:thumbsup2 It is a lot of walking, and your 4 year old will probably get tired. I strapped everything over the handle bars of the stroller. The thing I liked about my Croc bag was that it had a place in the strap that goes across the front for my camera and a place for my phone. That way they were easy access for me to grab. The thing I didn't like about it is that it made me really sweaty where it went across my front. I would probably use it again though. Most of the time while we were walking I would hang it from the stroller, and then just take it with me on the rides. You will definitely need something for your 1 year old. I kept a change of clothes for the two youngest and like three diapers for Mia. I also had my maps, a water bottle, sunscreen, and some germx in there. I didn't want it to be too heavy. I hope that helps.

I will definitely finish out my TR, but it has been hard with my kids constantly needing me. I can't sit down at the computer for more than 10 minutes straight, so it takes me a long time to write an update. I have really enjoyed writing it though. Yes, avoid the green sausages.:thumbsup2

The suspense of the trip is part of the fun! I love the few weeks right before my trip, except for the fact that I don't sleep at all because I am too excited. Are you losing sleep yet? I promise, once you get there, you are not going to want to leave. Your DD is going to love it big time!! It's like Christmas.

I have to admit this whole we has been just crazy for me! I haven't touched a computer besides my work one since Monday! I was just crazy busy with working out and work and then school. DH's birthday is on Monday so I'm going why is the week so crazy!!!!

You need to just go ahead and have a baby. It will change your life forever, and then you will wonder what you ever did before you had your child.

I had my first one all natural, because my labor was really fast with him. I heard my water break and felt it at about 6 am. Immediately I started having really hard, intense contractions. We got to the hospital at 6:30, and he was born at 6:40. I think I must have been having contractions during the night and not realized it, because I was constantly in the bathroom that night thinking I had to poo. DH tells me that I sounded like an animal when the head crowned. He said the noise that came out of me was inhuman. I don't remember much, but I do remember feeling like I was on fire when the head crowned, but that is because I ripped almost all the way to my bum. I was in no way prepared for a natural birth. I think if you have a midwife, it would be a lot better. I know that they massage the perineum to keep you from tearing. My problem was that DS just shot out of there too fast. My second DS was Breached, so I had to have a C-section with him. Recovery from that was horrible. I have always said that I would rather go through the natural child birth than to have to go through the recovery of another C-section. It took me a good 6 weeks before I could sneeze again without it hurting. The last two I had epidural's with. They each took me about 3- 4 hours of labor. I am trying to decide if I want to find out what I am having this time. I really want Mia to have a sister, and I would like to be able to prepare for the baby, but I also kind of want to experience not knowing until I push the baby out. I don't know what I am going to do yet.

You do whatever you are comfortable with. I think a birthing center would be awesome. They would probably help you prepare for it and give you some tips on how to handle the contractions. I wasn't prepared for any of that, thus I had a traumatic experience.

Why were you in the hospital? I hope you are ok. A week is a long time!

I wish my DH would agree to another baby. lol. But DS is only 3 months old so I will give him a little time. lol. He was the same way after DD.

I will PM you. :)

Ok, so we are now making our way around the World Showcase. We ended up starting in Germany since that is where DH wanted to have lunch. Well, the plan at this point was to go clockwise and see the countries we hadn't seen yet. Italy, USA, Japan, Morocco, France, and UK. In Italy I wasn't wanting to see the Italian Juggler. In Japan I was wanting to see the toystore, Miyuki the candy lady, and hear the Japanese drummers. I was also wanting to see server ameusant, the guy that stacks the chairs, in France. So we started on our way. We hit Italy first, and it was 12:11 when this next picture was taken.

After taking some pictures it was close to 12:20. Sergio the juggler was due to come out at 12:30, so I tell everyone to take a seat so we can watch Sergio. All I get in response is a bunch of whining and complaining about the heat. Goofy(DS7) is only wanting to get back to China because his money is burning a hole in his pocket. He knew exactly what he was wanting, and I guess that carrying it around for the rest of the day was going to make him happier than just waiting until the evening. DH, Lego(DS6), and Donald(DS4) are complaining because of the heat and they don't want to sit around in the sun watching somebody juggle. I look at Princess(DD2), who could care less either way, and told her that we were outnumbered this time and I really didn't want to hear all the whining. I just couldn't believe that we were 10 minutes away from the juggling, and nobody could wait just 10 minutes. I was tempted to tell them to hit the road and I would catch up to them later, but I knew I would get the guilt trip from my DH. He would say something like, "don't you want to be with your family on vacation?". He uses that line a lot. I personally think he just doesn't want to have to deal with all the kids by himself. So I give in and say let's head on to the next country. To my surprise they all started walking the way towards Germany. I start telling them that they are going the wrong way to which DH says he really doesn't want to walk the WS in the incredible heat. He was wanting some air conditioned rides. I really couldn't blame him, but I had so many new adventures planned in the other countries. What about the japanese toystore, and Miyuki, and server amuesant? I am a bit bummed but make the decision that these things would have to wait until our next trip. I sigh, take a deep breath, and follow the rest of my family toward Germany with my head down. Actually, to be honest, I had my head turned behind me. Looking for the Italian Juggler to run out and start juggling. As I am trying to manage my disappointment, who should I see? None other that Snow White, and of course she is such a pleasant, chipper Princess so she instantly lifts my moods. Again, there was nobody around yet.

She asked DS7 what his favorite number was. He said 7.
Image606.jpg

She then went on to say how she likes the number 7 too because she has seven dwarfs.

She was such a good Snow White. I love Donald's face in these pictures. Ha Ha

Between Germany and China we see this play area. So, the kids didn't want to sit in the heat to watch the juggler, but they wanted to stop and play at the playground?:confused3 I pouted a little, then obliged them. Captain Hook was at this playground.

We only stayed for literally five minutes. It was just too darn hot. We then made our way on to China. Goofy(DS7) decided he would rather wait to get his souvenir so that he didn't have to worry about it sitting in the stroller, so instead of stopping we walked on by and stopped to get a drink at a little stand.

As we continued on to Norway, we saw this freaky troll guy. He is so UGLY!
campingandDisney2009856.jpg

He scares me worse than the maelstrom ride. Since we were here and looking for some air conditioning we decided to go ahead and ride the good ole maelstrom ride. Not once, but twice. What a nice little boat ride. I like the part where you think you are going to go backwards out the window. Continuing on towards FW, we decided to stop one more time at Mexico as well. Might as well ride the three caballeros while there. Again, not once but twice.

Now we were so hot that we thought we would make our way towards the world of Coke to sample the different cokes from around the world.

First we stopped to get some pictures.

We were so hot and sweaty by this point.

Up next, the moment you all have been waiting for. VIDEO of DH and Goofy(DS7) getting their first taste of Beverly!:dance3: I gotta run right now because my kids are running outside at this very moment and I need to go supervise. Also, on a side note. I managed to eat a whole sleeve of thin mints girl scout cookies while writing this. Those and Samoa's are my weakness. It's not just because I am pregnant either. I do that on any given day. Now I have to live with the guilt for the next hour or so until I want some more!:rotfl:

Don't worry, you'll work those cookies off running after the kids

Here is our crazy family of 5!!

100_2596.jpg

These 2 little ones were a BIG surprise for us lol!!! 9months now~

Congrats on your wonderful news! 5 is an awesome number... hope it's not twins!!!

Your TR is great and you obvioulsy have an amazing family and are truly blessed :cloud9:

Wishing you much luck in the ahead months :)

I'm feeling guilty right now. My friend dragged me to The Cheese Cake Factory....Oh my it was not good! Haha I didn't pig out but....hrm bad choices!

Those Tagalongs are really good too and I always feel horrible when they come up to me and ask me to buy cookies. Then if I say no the look so said. I'm like don't do that! Geez here is five bucks but I won't enjoy them!

Haha!

Sorry the kiddies didn't wanna see the juggler but at least SW made things better. Haha your DH is a guilt tripper too huh?

Looking forward to video :goodvibes cookies sound really good. Unfortunatley I'am now suffering from eating too many whilst having DD2 so no cookies for me just now. Hey I need to wear shorts in July so the lack of cookies and more time at the gym will be so worth it :cool1:

What?!?! No comments on my last update? Did I lose everybody when I went away for the weekend. Helloooooooooo??????? Maybe this will get ya'lls attention. I did this yesterday.

105.jpg
OH MY GOODNESS>>...CONGRATULATIONS!!!!! How exciting!!! I am so happy for you guys! I am finally caught up on your TR and looking forward to reading more!!!!

The only thing that is stopping us from having kids right now is DH going away in September. I don't want to be alone while I'm with child. So I said we can wait until he comes back for visit or when he comes back home. He's going to be gone for 6 months so that's a long time for me to be by myself with just the dog. :(
