Oh migosh. What a disaster. It could have fallen on my head if I were there at that exact time. Thankfully I was thousands of miles away. Close call though.

That is a shame. Can you imagine something man made could possibly be defective? Luck held up and no one was hurt and it was fixed the same night. Could have been tragic, but it wasn't.
