Ce Multiadvantages Annual Passports

Bought my annual passes last year through CE, just come to buy another for my MIL and it now says Offers reserved for the French market.

Does this mean I can't buy one?

Hmmm...I know they ran out a little while ago and were saying the next batch would be in the New Year (or was that the other site?). Maybe the demand is high and they are limiting it?

I saw some on ebay the other day they are a little more expensive but still cheaper than disney.

I'd be very careful about buying AP's and even tickets off of ebay, IMHO I think you need to buy them through a decent company incase things aren't as clear cut as they seem :-/
