Anyone done this one yet? How long before you received your verification e-mail? Any problems canceling or any of that fun stuff?

I never rec'd a confirmation email with this one. I did it through SR and everything was fine. I canceled via live chat on the website.

Thanks, that's what I'm wondering 'cause on cd you need to paste the e-mail. They've already charged my Simon account, but I didn't get the confirmation e-mail so I can paste it into cashduck and get credit.

You can email Kira at cd to see if she has a lead for you on that offer. If she does she may let you submit w/ a "no email". Do you have any type of info from a confirmation page (logon name or #)? That may be helpful for her to have I think.

I placed my order for sleep rite 2 days ago. called already once to request an email conf.............none came.
Today I've been trying to get thru for hours..........all operators are busy!!!!!!!!!

I did get the e-mail confirmation and I cancelled it today. I want to try this one before I get the monthly shipment, but I think this might help me! Just a note for those of you who do this one, they're live chat support is awesome!! I told the lady I was chatting with that too!
