CC on my meal plans

About us:
we're a family of 4 (DH, me!, DD4, & DS2)
we'll be visiting Disney in February
we are on the regular dining plan (1 TS, 1 CS, 1 SK per day)

Friday MK

D: 1900 Park Fare (GF), 4:00p

Saturday AK

L: Tusker House, 10:45 (hoping to grab a Mickey waffle before lunch is set out...)
S: Beastly Kiosk (if hungry)
D: Pepper Market (Coronado, our resort)

Sunday HS
B: in room (see a trend? )
S: Starring Rolls
L: ABC Commissary
D: Rosie's All American Cafe (idk about this one. I just want a CS near Fantasmic)

Monday EP

L: Garden Grill, 11:30a
S: whatever we see in World Showcase
D: Akershus, 6:45p

Tuesday (leaving, no park)
B: Cape May, 9:00a

The snacks are flexible - I just noted places that I want to try. In the past we've ended up with left over snacks and just used them on candy souvenirs.

Anything you guys see that you'd tweak or change? All information is appreciated!

Your plan looks good, but I have a suggestion for Sunday (DHS):

If you use your counter service credit at lunch at Starring Rolls, you can get one of their giant cupcakes (or whatever you want) as your dessert with your meal, which would then free up your snack credit to use anywhere else (or at Starring Rolls again!). Their entrees are limited, basically sandwiches, but it's a good value for your counter service credit since you were planning to get a snack there anyway.

I like that idea! It would be nice to have a simple/lite sandwich since a lot of the CS options are burgers. I'll check out the menu!
