CC Boat rentals?

These say "walk up" in my excursion guide....I was just wondering if anyone has been turned away? I really don't want to be up at the crack of dawn.....

We have rented both the boats with the large wheels (don't know what they are called) and the boats that seat four. Both times we just walked up and requested a boat. I don't think you would have to wait more than 30 minutes if there was a wait.
