CBR Room Requests During Construction

I'm trying to find information on the best areas to request. I haven't stayed at CBR in a while. We booked a Standard View room, but know you can request certain buildings. Which buildings are the best to request during all this construction?

Also, wasn't sure if a certain area was better due to the transportation? I've read that they sometimes will stop at every bus stop before going to the parks and that can add an additional 15-20 minutes to the trip.

Jamaica 45 is away from the construction yet right next to the bridge over to the Main Feature pool. The entire loop takes 8-9 minutes to do. In the mornings they send 2 buses for each park so they will each make 3 stops.
