Thanks for confirming. So you crossed at the GCH <-> Pixar Place crosswalk?

The sidewalk on the eastern side of Disneyland Drive is closed between Katella and the Simba entrance (where the construction is happening). The sidewalk on the western side is open like normal. So, yeah, you just have to cross at Katella and stay on that side.

I walked from GCH to the CVS on Harbor last night - I had to cross at Simba then back across at Katella.

(The sidewalk on the eastern side doesn't exist - the "Mickey ear" portion is now inside the park boundaries.)

Thanks for the photo. That is what I thought but @mrykyyyle said they walked on the DCA side last week.

I think it would be easier and more scenic to walk to the Harbor entrance and through DTD to get to DLH.

Not sure what our exact dinner plans will be but otherwise I am thinking this is going to be our plan. If our flight is delayed to the point can't go to the beach, worse case we drive ourselves (vs Uber) to the hotel, return to the car, and call it a day.

If you're wanting an easier dinner than a full meal at a sit down restaurant, I know the Hyatt Regency Huntington Beach has a pizza place too, Tower Pizzeria 15. I have no idea about reviews but it'd be so easy to valet park at hotel and grab a pizza to enjoy at the beach across the street. I'm assuming the nearby resort hotels have some sort of similar quick service options too.
