CBR Preferred room or building?

Hello all, after 2 wonderful stays at POR we have decided to try the CBR. I'm somewhat nervous about this for two reasons: 1) worried that it's so big it will be hard to get to food court, bus stop, etc with a little one 2) spoiled by POR for having everything, ie foodcourt, shopping, eating, etc in one building. Is there any such thing as a preferred location at CBR? Any hints or ideas should would be great! Thanks!!

Yes there is, preferred buildings are Martinique and Trinidad North. There are 6 differant bus stops and a bus that takes you just around the resort itself

You will LOVE CBR!! I have stayed in both Martinique (2005) and Trinidad North (2007) -- preferred location both times. Short walk to the food court and main pool -- and by the way, food court and shopping and eating are all in one building at CBR too! It's called Old Port Royale, and it's great! Plus, there are bus stops at every village, and there is one at Old Port Royale, so you're never far from a bus stop. CBR is great ~ Beautiful grounds, white sand beaches, hammocks by the lake, Caribbean music playing quietly everywhere, a relaxing tropical feel, a beautiful bridge and island, great and huge food court, friendly CM's, double sinks in the bathroom with LOTS of storage space underneath, and the LARGEST rooms of all the moderates! All that, PLUS a brand new zero entry pool and the new children's pirate pool. It’s like a vacation within a vacation, a “leave your worries at the door” kind of place!

Don't worry, all villages have their own quiet pool and bus stop, so you are never far from those. We actually prefer the non-preferred villages! So quiet and the walks are beautiful!
