CBR preferred or POR preferred

Which preferred room worth the extra money?

I have never stayed at these resorts.
I am looking for 1. Condition of room (read on DIS that CBR are newer than POR) 2. Extra Murphy bed 3. Location and convenience.

Let me preface this post by stating that I have never stayed at POR. However, I have stayed at CBR in Martinique (Building 22) pre-refurb and I loved it! The bus stop was right across the parking lot and Old Port Royale was less than a five minute walk away.

I would have stayed there again, but it was out of our budget for our upcoming April trip!
