CBR Pool

Hey all,

I have a quick question. Did they recently refurbish the CBR pool.

Does anyone know if it is done.

If so, did they change it or just refurbish it.

It's being refurbished right now- should be done 9/15 I believe. It's the main pool- they are giving it more of a pirate theme than what it had. There are other non themed pools to swim in while it's closed- I believe they added little slides to two of those pools temporarily.

Like the previous poster said, the main pool is under construction as we speak. The projected finish date is Sept. 15th but it could be done earlier if the weather permits.

Ditto with the above posters. They are completely redoing the pool not refurbishing it. The old pool was completely torn apart and a whole new pool is being put in. Technically it's supposed to open on the 15th of Sept but some people have said that it might open at the end of August. This is based on what CM's have told them during recent stays. We'll see. It won't affect me as we don't get there until mid Oct.

I will be going to Disney in 25 days and I will be staying at Pop for 11 days.

Next year, I will like to go back to CBR. This place holds a special place in my heart as it was my first stay on Disney Property. I can't wait to check out the new pool.
