CBR first timer questions!

so I'm staying at CBR next week, I paid for a king room, however, I noticed when I looked at my online check-in preferences, king bed was an option on there. Is this a default drop down box or will I have to use one of preferences to make sure I get my king bed? Also, for my 2 preferences, I chose Jamaica village and a corner room. He prefers a room with two windows, I just want a room with a convenient location without paying the preferred room rate. Was my choice good? I've never stayed here and I can't really tell from the map, but I read online somewhere Jamaica was the next best after Martinique which is a preferred room section. Thanks for any input!

Okay good. I was just checking because I would be pretty upset if I paid for the king room and didn't chose it as a preference thinking I didn't need to then show up and not have a king room hahaha I was thinking it was just a default drop box though.

Jamaica is an excellent choice! it is close to the bridge to Old Port Royale (food court, shops, etc). Buildings 44 and 45 are closest to the bridge and quiet pool and not a far walk from the bus stop.

Jamaica is a good choice. We have stayed there and in Aruba and loved it. I too like the corner rooms. Last time we got a corner room with 2 Queens with a water view. (Upgraded from Garden view). It was perfect for walking to Old Port Royale and still pretty close to the bus stop. Enjoy your stay!
