Sounds like Cheerleading qualifies.

I have no knowldge of the culture of cheerleading, because in the UK it doesn't form part of our school/college traditions.
However two weeks ago I stayed at the All Star Music during a large cheerleading competition. I can only speak as I found on this particular occasion.
The girls involved seemed to be very well behaved, and did not make themselves a nuisance to any guest that I saw. They did not disturb me at any time whatsoever.Perhaps I was just lucky.
I then watched a performance at Epcot which whether to your taste or not certainly showed a level of athleticism and dedication which could only be achieved through hours of practise. Their skill at their particular field was amazing. I was extremely impressed.
