This is the first time staying at a "bus only" resort, so I'm just a little worried. DH loves monorails and boats and hates the idea of the bus. But for me wanting to stay at a new resort, he's going to try it. I'm hoping the resort will be beautiful enought to win him over!

I'm in the middle of deciding which building to stay at. I've heard the best so far is Martininque #25. But here's my question: Can you walk to a building knowing it's the last stop so the bus will go from there to the park? My DH hates the idea that the bus has to go around the "whole" resort. So I guess what I'm saying is Can we cut the line? Oh, I'm going mid-June so there shouldn't be too many crowds. I usually go the last week of May and right after Memorial day, the parks are empty. Hoping for the same!

Thanks for your help.

You could but ... it might not be a good idea to do so. On really crowded buses, you might have to stand if you were at the last stop or you might not get on at all.

I prefer getting on the bus at one of the first stops because then you have a seat. The buses really don't stop for very long at each stop and it gives you a chance to check out the beautiful scenery at each section of CBR.

I don't think it would be worth hunting the last stop because the buses actually use two different routes through the resort grounds. We have gotten on at our village stop (usually Trinidad North) and gotten off at different spots when we come back. You can't really guess which buses will be full at which time of day. They run the buses frequently and if the one you want looks full when it gets to your stop, you can wait for the next one. In the morning the MK bus is often the quickest to fill up. There have been times when we have intended to go to MK but when we saw the Epcot bus was nearly empty, we went there and then went to Mk from Epcot, etc. Of course we were traveling with adults and didn't have to deal with getting young ones on and off buses, so that could make a difference. Since the buses take you right to the entrance now, and not to TTC, it's not a long ride anyway! Have a great time.
