CBR and Roof Leak???

Has anyone had any problems at CBR? My parents and sister, her baby and husband checked into ALL Stars Sports last night...the 2 rooms were extrememly smelly. The front desk was going to send a machine to clean it but they would have to leave the room fro 2 hours. Instead, the *** upgraded them to CBR. This morning when they woke up they were soaking wet....the roof is leaking all over them. Both rooms are soaked. Now, they all have sore throats. They have called the front desk and are waiting to see what comes next.... Has anyone else had these kind of problems at Disney? Any suggestions as to what they should do???

Just came back from CBR and didn't have any problems. As large as that resort is there are bound to be problems. Disney is great at taking care of people.

They moved them into 2 new rooms in another building at CBR. They also gave each room a vocher for a Pal Mickey.

We were at CBR 11/8 to 11/15. Stayed in building 44 in Jamaica. Everything about the resort was great.

I think that was fair what WDW did for your family.
