CBM DD- When $20.03 rates come out?

Can anyone tell me when the 20.02 rate became available for this year? I am trying to plan a trip for next summer (late August) and don't want to miss the beginning of the discounts (if there is one next year!) TIA

I think it was mid- to the end of May. I made my ressies end of May.
