CBM stands for Courtyard by Marriott. It's one of the Downtown Disney hotels.

That is such an amazing rate! Just spoke with a nice person at reservations and she said that this rate is only available from Aug. 1 - September 30 so if this is your time frame - be sure to check it out soon.

I just got it for 5 days, Aug 17 checking out Aug 22. Total $111.70! And DH doesn't know I had already booked the HRH at the entertainment rate for Fri and Sat. This will be a fantastic way to celebrate our 32nd anniversary!

This is a great deal. If I was certain I was going in August, I would stay at MCDD.

I set up my vacation days in Sept with this rate in mind. Just got September 15-19 at that rate with the 20th at the regular rate. Just saved a couple of hundred bucks. The reservations person I talked with didn't seem to know about the rate until I asked about it specifically. Again, all nights at that rate are non-refundable.

I have several pictures of the double rooms at the Courtyard Marriott from when we stayed there last August. The rooms are VERY spacious. I tried to put the pictures on here, but it didn't work. This is a great deal! I booked 2 nights in September. It's not good for the whole month of August though - I think it starts somewhere around the 15th or 17th. Sorry, I wasn't paying much attention to August dates. They do charge your card immediately also.

Could someone confirm the actual date that this rate starts? I had heard it started August 1 but now nowellsl says it's not good the entire month of August. The only time we could go is the first week of August (August 3-7). HELP!

Thank you, thank you, thank you!!! We just booked Aug. 10-14 at CBM, $111.70 total! When hubby mentioned the special rate when he called they asked him how he found out about it, they certainly aren't automatically just giving the rate when you call. The best part is, we are driving down and extending our stay, we've booked the 15 & 16th @ WDW Dolphin with gov't rate for 7 full days of Discounted Disney Fun!

I know what you mean about them not giving any info on the special rate... I just mentioned the rate last year (20.02) and all of a sudden there was a rate for 20.03! I was so happy I called to check! I'm glad I could help others as well! For those of you traveling in May... call to check also. I know it isn;t good in June or July but maybe May...
