Ah yes, ergonomics of the home workstation.

Last year I wrote a 36 page Engineering paper on the ergonomic perspective of the home office/workstation. I evaluated more angles than you could think of, LOL... and how am I sitting now? With my knees up and me bent over my keyboard, LOL!!!
Serena, leaning back in your chair is actually really good from an Ergonomics perspective as the disc pressure on the spine is incredibly decreased.
