LOL, it said the server was busy and wouldn't let me delete them.

I sit side saddle....I never look head on the computer....you know front to.....well I shall try to over come this and also try not to dit too.....hey my left side of my neck hurts too....cause I am sitting sideways and put my feet up on the chair next to the computer.....geesh

I'm leaning back in the chair with my feet propped up on the desk with the keyboard in my lap.

Hmmmmmm, interesting....naaaaah..my DH is the pain in my neck!;)

Ah yes, ergonomics of the home workstation. :teeth: Last year I wrote a 36 page Engineering paper on the ergonomic perspective of the home office/workstation. I evaluated more angles than you could think of, LOL... and how am I sitting now? With my knees up and me bent over my keyboard, LOL!!! :p

Serena, leaning back in your chair is actually really good from an Ergonomics perspective as the disc pressure on the spine is incredibly decreased. :) I'm sure this is going to bore everyone tremendously and this seems super geeky to throw in a graphic that I had used in my report  but if you're curious, here's why:

figure1.gif

<font size=1>"Disc pressure in the spine varies with the different seated postures assumed during a typical work day. As shown, the spine sustains far less pressure when reclined, which translates into more comfort and less risk of injury." [Humanscale]. </font>

I either sit to one side with one leg tucked under or with both legs tucked under criss-cross applesauce style. ;)

Here I sit all broken-hearted...
:jester:

At work...I am usually standing...neck hurts alot from looking down at the screen...at home...laptop is on the arm of the shoulder and my legs are curled up under me....so..either way...not good...oh well...I'm not stopping anytime soon either. :)
