The Cast
Me - always dreamed of going to Disney but never thought it would happen.
DH - his worst nightmare has finally arrived he's going to Disney.
Got up early (this was to be the pattern of the holiday) which has never happened on any other holiday. Watched the news while deciding what to do (I knew I should have done a plan) and decided to go to reception to find out about buying a pass for the I trolley. They sold them at the hotel so we bought one each and then decided we would ride the route of the trolley. DH asks if I have the park tickets and as I had we decided to get off at Sea World and have a look around.
It was really hot and we didn't have a clue where anything was but could see other people reading maps. DH wanted to know where they got them from but I wasn't able to tell him stating the obvious that if I knew then we would have one.
We come accross a sign post for Journey to Atlantis and dh decides we will head for that. We arrive and to be honest it didn't look too bad (memo to self always check the rides from all angles) and dh is desperate to ride it so off we go. Hesitant we get to the entry and there isn't a queue and we are told the ride is shut, I beam and go to commiserate with dh when we are told "only joking go through" . DH goes through but I am stopped and told I have to put all my stuff in a locker, so as I go round I ponder as to why this is and doubt is creeping in fast. Back to dh and away we go, I tell him there is no way I am going in the front but luckily we are told to go to the back. As we get off I swear vengence on dh and buy a key ring photo incase I forget. 
DH wants to go on again but I am too busy kissing the ground to take any notice. 
We decide to walk around the lake and find ourselves at the Shamu stadium where we catch the last 5 minutes of the show. It looks fantastic and we decide to come back and watch it at a later date. We carry on walking around the lake and then decide to sit down and share some popcorn
DH watches the pearl divers and then we carry on looking around and stop and watch the manatees and stroke the rays at stingray lagoon, feeling tired we try to find the exit. We couldn't find it but found the Dolphins and stayed to watch people feeding them. By now we are really hot and weary so knowing we will be coming back we finally find the exit and the maps to the park so take one for next time and go and get the trolley back to the hotel.
Back at the hotel dh decides to swim in the pool while I go and get a phone card. After half an hour of trying to use it I go back to the reception where she resets our line but still I can't do it. Then the penny drops and I realise you have to press 9 for an outside line
why didn't they tell me. Phoned home to make sure everyone was okay meanwhile dh comes back from swimming and we decide to go and get him some trainers. With the trainers purchased we go to Sizzlers for dinner. We both have the steaks and ask for them to be well done, unfortunately dh's was still bleeding to death so he asked them to redo it, I was on dessert before they bought it back and this somewhat spoilt our meal and so we decided that this was another place we wouldn't eat. Tired and footsore we return to the hotel to watch some tv before falling asleep to dream of plotting revenge on dh.
Tomorrow Magic kingdom.

I love feeding the stingrays, they are such friendly creatures.
