Actually, we do feed leftover chicken or fish as a treat but usually we stick to feeding them wet and dry catfood

Simon likes cheese and fish but not much else. I always give him a tablespoon or so of either but it's not a regular thing.

I wish my cat, Belle, would eat table food! She rarely eats anything, just dry food and only licks the juice of the catfood! She's the only small, petite family member in our house!!!!

Last Thursday as I was trying to get the kids out to the bus I left my bacon, egg and cheese on an english muffin out on the counter for 5 minutes. By the time I got back Petey had taken the whole thing down to the floor, and was starting in on it.

I'd call it table food, but it never even made it that far.

He made it onto my list that day.

I am so glad to know that my cats are not the only ones with an obsession for cheese. The minute we touch the cheese they are there with us.

Pooh loves bread too so much so that he will tear into the bread package if it is left in any type of location that he can easily reach and will eat several slices before it is discovered.

Simon the Fat Cat really likes Pudding and chocolate ice cream especially Ben & Jerrys Two Twisted Half Baked! He is also a little bit of a drinker; Baileys Irish Cream, Mudslides and Chivas Regal Scotch on the rocks! No wonder he is so fat

Baxter likes Chef BoyArdee Raviolis, first he licks off all the sauce and then he eats the ravioli. He also likes to lick the can of white chicken chunks.

Beef Jerky is another favorite and no cube of butter is ever safe.

That sounds exactly like ours. We have one who is obsessed with turkey. If I roast a turkey he carries on like he is just dying until you give him some. The others favorite is a particular spaghetti sauce They are weird cats because they will taste anything that's out and they can get to.

Gee, I'm starting to think my Abby D (Abby de Tabby) is weird. She refuses to eat "people" food. I've tried offering her small samples of roasted turkey, chicken, even little bread crumbs, and Abby just turns up her little pink nose and looks at me as though to say "You have GOT to be kidding". She loves her kibble, and inhales the gravy from her canned moist food. Since she isn't tempted to eat people food, she never jumps up on the table, or the counters, or gets into the trash. Sometimes I wish she was just a little less picky, but I'm glad she's well behaved.

But I grew up with them, and my parents' cats go NUTS for Arby's roast beef! They climb all over them like animals or something! They love it!
