Catholic Churches Near Disney

Has anybody done Catholic ceremonies near Disney with a reception on property? Where did you do it? How did it go? We usually go to Mary Queen of the Universe for Mass when we are down there, but I know they don't do weddings. Still bouncing back and forth between the idea of doing a Catholic style ceremony in the WP and having the vows blessed later in the church, or doing the ceremony at a Catholic church nearby and then doing the reception on property. Thanks!

My son and new DIL were just married on August 20, 2012. They had their ceremony at Corpus Christi Catholic Church in Celebration and followed up with a reception at the Grand Floridian at which 135 people attended.
