Has anyone ever booked a category 8A for 4 people? I know it sleeps 3. We booked one when we were a family of 3 and would love to book again. Kids will be 8 and 4.
The ones on deck 6 sleep 4, while the ones on deck 5 only sleep 3. We (a family of 4) have booked an 8A room for all 3 of our cruises on the Fantasy. We love these rooms. So spacious compared to most other rooms.
I believe the ones on Deck 6 are more open, with only a pole in middle of room, where the Deck 5 has the partial wall. We just got back from Fantasy 5022 deck 5, and would absolutely book again in a heartbeat.

As noted by PP, some of the 8A do sleep 4. They have the square layout but lack the divider curtain (or partial wall, like some of the 8A).
We had an 8A for 4 about 2 years ago and liked it for the space, but our kids were 5 yrs and 7 mo. We had more room for the PNP and stroller but less privacy. Also, the TV was situated in the middle, hard to see from either bed. Bath is not the split version.
