We stayed ALL the way aft in 8602 on the Magic. It is a handicapped suite. I know on the Wonder you have to document need for it. There seems to be no such restriction on the Magic. We LOVED it back there. I thought it was quiet, at least it didn't interrupt my sleep. But there is no extra bed, just the one in the bedroom and the double sofa sleeper. I also don't know how to compare motion, when we were rocking in the room we were also rocking in the hallways all through the ship and I personally didn't notice much difference. Besides, it rocked me to sleep.
8022 and 8522 seem to be under the adult pool, I THINK they would be quieter than midship but don't really know.
