Cat

My cat's been really sick lately, and he's been having trouble pooping and he's been throwing up. We took him to the vet, and the vet said that he's probably only got a few days to live. He's really old, and he's had a really good long life, but I'm still really upset. I thought I was going to have him for at least a few more months, and suddenly I only get a few days. This will be the first time I haven't had a cat- I've had him since I was born, and I also had two other cats. My parents said we would probably get two kittens sometime after he died, but I think that will probably not be until after our addition to our house is done, and that's going to be a really long time- at least a year. I'm really sad right now, and I've been having some other dramas in my life now too. I'm sorry for going on and on...

Aw, I am sorry. I hope that your kitty will end up being ok. My old dog was said to only live for 6 months (he had a small osofagus (Sp?)) but ended up living for 6 years! Those animals are fighters, trust me!

Aw I'm really sorry.

Just try to focus on all of your good memories with your cat and how he won't be suffering.
I can't imagine what your going through. I have 4 cats,and can't even imagine losing them.
