Cat IGT?

So I was searching for cruises on the DCL website and I came across to Cat IGT with a great price...what is this? What are the pros and cons on purchasing this?

Additionally, Category GTY (Category VGT, OGT, IGT) staterooms—also known as restricted-fare staterooms— are available on a limited basis, although the following terms and conditions do apply when booking these rooms:

• This category guarantees you a stateroom within the selected stateroom type: Inside, Oceanview and Verandah. Disney Cruise Line will assign the stateroom at a later time, based on availability.
• Full payment is required at the time of booking for all Guests and is non-refundable.
• Sail date and stateroom category changes are not permitted.
• The stateroom offer cannot be combined with any other discounted or promotional offer.
• Full legal names of all Guests are required at time of booking as no name changes are allowed.

what date did you find this for? ive been looking for this cat for oct but have not seen any yet.

We've done 2 cruises since these came out. We have been unable to find anyone who got upgraded beyond what they booked. If you book IGT, you will sail in a cat 10 or 11. We booked an 11C gty and got upgraded to a 9. We paid more than the IGT price, but we didnt have the restrictions and since we were a re-booking on board, we had an OBC as well (which made up for the difference in cost.)
