Cat Cora Restaurant's...Kouzzina...Menu?

Well, I made a reservation for September 21st without knowing what they serve!!! LOL! But, it opens while we are there & I can not resist the lure of being one of the first to eat in a new DW restaurant!! And, with Cat Cora as the chef....it has to be good, right?

Reservations begin for new Cat Cora restaurant
Member Services is now taking dining reservations for Kouzzina by Cat Cora, a new Mediterranean eatery opening soon at the former site of Spoodles at Disney's BoardWalk Resort.
The casual, family restaurant, named for the Greek word for "kitchen," celebrates the family recipes, personal favorites and Greek heritage of the Food Network's first and only female Iron Chef. Oak-grilled steak and pork, Greek spinach pie, lamb, fresh seasonal seafood, calamari and Greek salad are among the specialties chefs will prepare in an open kitchen featuring a wood-burning grill and oak-fired ovens.
Planned meal-ending options include house-made Greek donuts, baklava and a Greek-style coffee service, while beverage options are slated to include Cat's "Ouzo-tini" and Mediterranean sangria, along with Greek beers and wines.
