Cat 5 ?

Looking to book cat 5 on Wonder. They all look like they have clear views. Do any have obstructive views?

The category 5 rooms to the aft of the ship have a solid metal railing, as opposed to the clear plexiglass railing on all the others. If you have a deck plan handy, anything from 7130/7630 and aft will have the solid metal railing. Above the rail, the views are all essentially the same.

Thanks we booked 7108-7109. It is near the stairs and I worry about noise but it was the only adjoining room available.

We got an upgrade from a cat. 8 to a cat. 5, and I was so excited, then noticed the solid wall location of 7132, and so we enjoyed the ability to be outside on our favorite deck 7 (all four cruises incl. the next one) but we decided it was nice to sample the verandah for free and our conclusion was that we would not have chosen to pay for a solid wall verandah. So your 5's, with plexiglass, should be great, and enjoy, and your concern was valid. Some of the solid walls have larger verandahs because of the location and curve toward the stern, which might compensate in some ways, but ours was standard size.

We've been in 7106 a couple times. This was our first cabin and remains our favorite. Don't worry about being near the stairs/elevators. I was worried about this at first, but we had no problems with noise at all. I now actually try to get closer to the elevators, as it makes it easier to get around the ship. I think you'll be very happy in these rooms.

We will be in 7072 next month. Does anyone know how the views and the amount of noise is for that area?
