Hello guy's,

Last time we were on the Magic we had a cat 5 cabin.
The balcony was fantastic !!

We are considering to cruise again. To reduce the price we are thinking of taking cat 7 : navigator's verandah.

Is this nice or not ?

Can you enjoy sitting in this verandah ?

Is cat 5 much nicer ?

Thanks in advance for the help !

We did cat. 5 on our first cruise, and have done cat. 7 on the subsequent 3. For the price difference, I think the category 7 is the better deal. I like being on deck 7, and you can do that with category 7 for about $300/person less. The verandah has a big open-air porthole. You can still sit out there and get the sun, the breeze and the view. The room itself is exactly the same.

Does anyone have a picture of a Cat 7 Navigator's verandah. Just curious as to what it looks like.

Also, does it have the same floor space of is it smaller.

Thanks:rolleyes:

The floor space is the same. A category 6 room might also be an option. It is exactly like your category 5...same kind of verandah, just on different decks than the category 5. The Nav. varandah room will only sleep 3, but it isn't smaller. They just don't have the ceiling bed installed.
