Castmembers made the trip even better

Just want to note how incredibly friendly and helpful the castmemers have been on our last 2 trips. They went out of our way to make our little family of four feel extra special in every way. I really felt the magic and it put a smile on all our faces. The only thing I regret is not noting the names so I could write Disney about what a great job these people are doing. Kudos castmembers-keep it up!
And a very big thank you to you all!!!

I second that! We met an incredible pair of cast members at the electric parade that we still talk about. They were off-duty and just there for fun, but still went out of their way to make our experience magical. They made such a positive impression we still talk about it. Unfortunately, we didn't get their names and they didn't have name tags.
