That's odd. I see mine, but I don't see the managed guests. I manage the accounts of my children. Did you ever have to enter their information for Castaway Club?

I don't have anyone else on my "Memberships & Passes" section besides myself, either.

We have 3 kids and each one has their own Castaway club Account that I set up for them. Same for my husband and I...we each have our own CC log in.

Hmmm. I chose My Profile from the My Disney Cruise Drop-down menu. Then scroll down to Membership & Passes. It shows me my stuff & further down, it says My Managed Guests. I manage my husband & kids, as well as my parents & a brother. One of my parents isn't showing, but the rest are. No idea why. Seems a odd to be missing any of the managed accounts.

We are sailing on another line next summer that will match our Silver status from the Castaway Club, providing I can give them documentation that includes DCL logo, name, status level, and number, all on the same page. That includes a screen shot from their webpage.

I called DCL and they said they can't give us a letter? The best they offered was an email with our names, status, and numbers - no logo or letterhead. It could come from anyone. When I log on to the DCL website, I can get the screen with DCL at the top and my first name with info. I can get a list of me and the kids with last names and info but no DCL on the screen and my dh is nowhere to be found.

I supposed an old key card would have worked, but our last cruise was a year ago and none of us are the key saving sort.

Any ideas?

after the cruise we got a letter mailed to us telling us that we were now part of the castaway club...

Did that. My kids are there, but not dh. I never set anything up for the kids, and only got on the CC site after a call to DCL tech people last week. I've never successfully been able to log in to that section until last week. Strange.
