Castaway Cay snorkel, tube & bike rentals

Hi Everyone,

We are going on our first Disney Cruise next month and were wondering if we should prebook rentals of snorkels, tubes and bikes or is there enough for all if we just rent on the day? With it being winter we dont want to commit just in case its cold but also dont want to miss out on what will probably be our only time ever on Castaway Cay

No need to pre-book these items. There will be plenty of availability.

Our first few cruises as newbies-we did. We don't anymore. There is plenty. That way you can decide on the day and the weather w/o losing any $ if you change your plans.

We have been there four times and our favorites are snorkeling (be sure to wear the provided inflatable vest), riding bikes to the far reaches of the island (climb the observation tower for a cool view of your ship), kids activities (crab/critter races), shopping, great photo ops, picnic food with ice cream and doing nothing. We also did the sting ray encounter which got three different reactions from our three granddaughters...from love it to ugh! We want a CC2 off the West Coast (hint, hint!). Cruise on...

You can get the equipment that day. There is plenty to go around. And you may change your mind on what to do when you get to the island (I'm saying that from past experience )
