Castaway Cay Cabana numbering?

I just successfully checked in for our first cruise tonight! Thanks for all the great tips; we got the earliest PAT I think (10:30am)! I know there is little to no chance that we will be able to get a cabana on CC, but I will keep checking right up to cruise time. When I see them all greyed out in the Activities section, they are listed sequentially ("Cabana-Family Beach #01", then "Cabana-Family Beach #02"), but it skips some numbers (13, 16, 21). Do these not exist or are they held back for concierge guests at the last minute?

21 is the oversized cabana. I've only seen it available a couple of times on the online activities. I'm not sure if there is a 13 at all (I don't pay attention to the family beach cabanas as a general rule, because we travel without kids). I don't know about 16.

There is not a cabana 13.

16 they generally hold back. We got it one time when we were part of a group.
