So would you all say that these amenities are worth the price? The current price for my upcoming cruise is $590.
The only reason I found the Cabana worth it in February was something totally unintended when I snagged it as a surprise for my parents when we went on the Magic in Feb (yes, I was using it too, but it was going to be a morning of Castaway surprise for them). My dad started having a lot of hip pain and found out he was going to have to have hip replacement surgery a couple of weeks after the cruise. They were still coming on the cruise, but he said something about he might stay on board on Castaway day rather than be out on the island walking around, so I told them early that I'd gotten us a Cabana. Having the host take us to the Cabana in the golf cart and being able to ring for the golf cart when he needed to go to the bathroom or was ready for lunch and at the end of the day made that day super enjoyable for us when it could have been much more difficult. But personally, barring cruising with someone with mobility issues such as that, I can find much more effective uses for that kind of money. (And we were on Serenity Bay, so it was a little less I think.)
