Castaway Cay Amazing/Best excursions!!

The island is awesome! They shouls spend 2 days at the island. There is so much to do you can't do it all.

We did the Banana Boat!! It was so much fun that two of the members of my family got right on again for a second ride. Take a waterproof camera. One of the guys on the boat took a bunch of pictures for us!

Parasailing WOW!! It was exhilerating to be so be so high. My aunt and cousin were white with terror when they went up but were all smiles when they came down. Take camera. Everyone on the excursion simply asked each other to take pictures of each other . Also take a waterproof camera that you can rubberband around your wrist with you. The view from the air of the island and ship are amazing!!

I'm right with you on both of those excursions! I have done the banana boats once, and parasailing twice. THey are both a hoot! The first time, one of my friends got tossed off the banana...the tall guy on the left in my signature picture. That was histerical!! He was not happy, until others got tossed off later. I think the drivers don't consider it a successful run unless 50 % of the people take a drink! We didnt' banana boat the second time b/c we had DS-6 and DD-2 with us. We figured DD-8 would be OK, but not the other 2. Plan to do it again in July though!
First time I parasailed, I went with the redhead on the left in the picture. It was so much fun to go with a friend! 2nd time, I tandemed with DD-8 b/c she was nowhere NEAR the weight limit...not sure she ever WILL be near the weight limit
Like I said, I agree COMPLETELY with your opinion on those excursions!!!

I have to agree, my DD and I both did the parasailing and BBR on CC last August. Altough I enjoyed the parasailing, my DD said it wasn't exciting enough for her. We both really enjoyed the BBR, especially when all 10 of us on our ride were knocked off the BB, it was such a hoot!!! Will be doing the BBR again this August, but I won't be wearing my glasses this time, LOL!!!
