Cast your mind back to 1993!

I've been scrapbooking (finally!) our first Euro Disney holiday from May 1993 - have no idea why we have NO park map but there you go!

Does anyone know if the parade then was called 'La Parade Disney'? It started off with Donald Duck and some real ducks following him, Mickey up in an aeroplane, with hot air balloons and clouds around the base, Minnie on a Jungle Book float, off which she used to get and join in the dancing, Jungle Book elephant, Dumbo float, Roger Rabbit, the three little pigs and also Daisy Duck in a Little Mermaid float (she was sat in the rowing boat at the top).

Just one more question - my paperback books from around 1992/93 say that 'Sleeping Beauty' was being performed on the Castle Stage - I have pictures of this with Mickey Mouse in his Fantasia costume, with characters from Cinderella, Snow White and Sleeping Beauty - just wondering if this is what we saw.

I do know that Beauty and the Beast was on at Videopolis!

Any help would be appreciated, even if it's pointing me to a website that lists past parades/shows.

HI diane our first trip was 1995 we have a park map its like a little book but it says see lists for shows and parade times so I think they were separate so we dont have it.my photos show mickey in a plane with balloons ,ariel (as a girl )and eric in a rowing boat, rodger rabbit in a car,a jungle book float(no minnie) and genie in a chair on top of the world,cant remember donald and his ducks .the beauty and the beast show was on were lion king is now but i dont think we saw the castle stage show sorry.its funny looking back at old photos espcially as i was pregant the first time I went to DLP i must of been mad

Sorry our 1st visit wasn't till 96.

But you've brought back memories as Beauty & the Beast were still at Videopolis.

Also eldest DS & DD took part in the Toy STory parade which I think took place in the morning

Ha Ha - one question answered - the show at the Castle Stage was 'Le Livre Magique de Mickey' - featuring the scenes from Cinderella, Snow White and Sleeping Beauty in 1993!
