I hope so too!!! Main Street in front of Casey's at 7:15pm, we will all be there

Oh, Wow, I absolutely LOVE your countdown bags!!! What and excellent idea. It gives me something to think about for our next countdown! Kira must be so excited knowing she'll get to open up a little Disney surprise every day. I LOVE IT!!! Great Job

Thanks! It's worked out great because she absolutely loves them and she is learning higher numbers! She is really good with 1-20 but now she getting good with her 30's

Cass, we thought of you this morning while having breakfast. We had stopped at local French bakery yesterday (yes ... amazingly enough things like this exist in Stinktown) and due to limited choices picked up two chocolate croissants for this morning. I usually prefer traditional croissants but after eating this one I think I understand why you like them so much. They were wonderful and made me think of you.

Since you are nice and close to it, you should stop in at the Bakery in France during your trip, they make fabulous chocolate croissants

Aren't they sinful???

My morning was spent working on the BOBigator.

What the h-e-l-l is a BOBigator you ask????

Well, if you have cruised on Disney Cruise Line before then you will be familiar with the Navigator, which is a nice handy little leaflet with times and descriptions of all the activities of the day, delivered to your stateroom each evening of your cruise.

Well, since we have such a huge group of DISers on this cruise and we have many meets planned, I decided to make our version of the Navigator called the BOBigator (What, you don't like the name I came up with??? )


The first page lists all of our meets along with some handy-dandy info and the second page is basically a list of all our members and their info.

Princess Kira

I was getting a little bit more packing done today while Kira napped and I had her princess dresses out and so when she woke up I asked her if she would like to try them on.


Can you guess her answer???

I showed her the Cinderella dress, which she got quite awhile ago from someone very special to us, but she wasn't really into the whole princess thing back then and so I just put it away for her so when I showed it to her today, her face was just beaming!!

She's into the princess thing now I tell ya!

It fits perfectly!!! Well, it was a tad long but I am sure with shoes it will be perfect!!!



And here is the little Cindy princess herself....

And although the Aurora dress which she wore last year for Halloween is a little small for her now, it still fits and she was very happy to be wearing it



Don't ya just love her cheesy grins!

She didn't want to take them off so I let her play with them on for a bit before we put them in her suitcase. She's still talking about the dresses

She is such a cutie pa tutie. I love the cheesy grins.

I don't know where my brain was yesterday. We fly out on 21st, but have booked MNSSHP for 31st.

No, we don't have Target up here But she has the two dresses that I posted plus I bought her a cute Snow White one from Walmart the other day which I am holding on for her until either her birthday or Christmas


Yeah, I remember last year....


She was not happy about putting ANY costume on that morning! But then she saw her cousin Dani in a costume and she was she was OK with the idea.

But then it came time to go TOT-ing and she was NOT happy about that Tink costume you so kindly sent us

And then we got the Aurora dress on and after a few minutes she was happy to be wearing it

I don't think we will have the same problems as last year though

She looks so cute in her costumes!!! WHich is she going to be for Halloween? Amelia wanted to be Ariel with fins.....of course she couldn't be the Ariel wedding one I spent a fortune on last year! Although, she does have that on today and wore it to the library with their nanny! Ha ha! I'm sure they got a huge kick out of her.

The Haircut

AKA My little soldier

So, we leave in 4 weeks today!!!!!!!


I figured it was time for us girls to get haircuts

So I called Jessie, our hairdresser. We have a fabulous hairdresser...she cuts ALL of Rob's family's hair and I am the one who found her

Anyway, Jessie is kind enough to make house calls which works out for us because then I don't have to drag Kira to the salon and Jessie gets all the $$$ and doesn't have to fork over any of it to her salon


So Jessie came over on Monday to cut mine and Kira's hair. Although I miss having long hair, I am happy with my short hair I can't have long hair anymore because I get wicked headaches that last for days when I grow it out (it's usually up in a pony tail or in a clip when it's long) so I need it short and light

So Jessie did her magic and I was happy with my trim.

Then came Kira's turn. I just told her to trim off the curls because it was getting long and all frazzled. I was hoping for a little bit of length but not much.


Oooops.


Guess I should have told her to leave an inch or two of hair cus she doesn't have much left now


She ended up cutting it really short on the sides and because of that, she now looks like a little soldier

Well, I've been calling her a particular kind of soldier but I don't want to offend anyone so I won't call her that here



Oh well, it will be easy to manage on the trip.... I just gotta make sure to dress her in a lot of pinks and yellows and purples or else everyone will be calling her a boy

Good thing she has a pretty pink hat which she will be wearing most of the time

Speaking of those bags....she keeps asking for a bag after every single meal After breakfast yesterday, she looks over at me and says "I have a bag mommy!!!"

To which I reply "No baby, but you can open one tonight after supper!"

She thinks about it for a second and says...

"Just THREE bags mommy! One-two-three!!!"



I don't think she gets the whole bartering thing just yet.

We have TWO MNSSHP's and then pirate night on the ship and then DCL is also having Halloween festivities on the ship. I guess we will figure it out on the day

Calendar, suitcase and a pirate oh my!!

My girl is getting so good with that calendar of hers

She gets up on her stool and finds the number

And then after supper her pirate costume came


When I told her what was in the box, she got really excited! She said "I try on????"

She makes such a cute little wench

After taking it off, I threw it in her suitcase and finished packing a few more things of hers and other than enough diapers for the first few days, I think her suitcase is pretty much done.


I think all that's left for her suitcase is her toothbrush and toothpaste, runners and her hat but all of that won't be packed until the day before cus we use those every day.


1 down, 3 to go

Getting close now! In exactly 4 weeks from now we will be at the AKV pool

omg Cass, are you kidding me with the pirate dress, how ADORABLE. I've never seen anything more cute! And that haircut. Loved it. I love short hair though, I can't wait to cut all mine off every 5 weeks, I hate when it gets long. And her eyes, so beautiful Cass! oh my gosh, I am so looking forward to your trip already. I just booked our flights for our April trip! We're staying at the new Contemporary DVC's for 3 nights, then moving over to the BCV's. I can't wait! But I don't have a cool countdown calendar like Kira's, I gotta get me one of those.
