Oh my, this is truly sad.

I was fortunate to be one of Bill's beta testers on his comprehensive DVC tracking program, and we traded many e-mails that also included some personal updates.

The effort he put into that and other DVC programs and subsequently made available for free to other DVC owners made me feel that he was truly a kind and giving person.

And who can forget his many threads about distances between various points at WDW as he used his GPS tracker to share those with us even before GPS was widely used by many. I chuckle when I think about him actually measuring the distance of the BWV halls that so many people complain about.

I regret not having had the chance to meet Bill in person, but I know that he had a powerful and positive impact on those who knew him. I will miss him, and he and his family are in my prayers.
