cash ressie then to points???

I am wondering can you make a cash ressie and then switch to points later? We are waiting to close and want to go in Sept. I was wondering if I could make the ressie in cash and then switch to points when we actually rec'd them.

No, they come from separate inventories. You would have to cancel the cash reservation and make a points reservation subject to points availability at the time of the call.
