Cash ressie at HH

I plan to try to book a 2 bedroom at HH the third week of August. I know that I can try to do this in Sept at my 7 month mark. But I would also like to pay cash for the Saturday night rather than use 99 points. My question is, when can I try to book that? Do I have to wait until the 7 month mark? Should I book thru member services or CRO?
