Cash ressie and housekeeping

i did not realize, but just found out that if i made a cash reservation i would recieve housekeeping daily...i just got back from a week in september and did not get it...did anyone else have this happen to them, or am i misunderstanding the policy?

Was the cash reservation made through Disney or through DVC member services?

Member services cash reservations follow the same schedule as DVC reservations. Disney CRO (central reservations) cash reservations receive daily housekeeping.
