Cash or points question

I know many of you have made a ressie on points and paid cash for a weekend night. My question is how much is a cash ressie usually?

We booked into a BCV studio from Oct 25 through Nov 2 (Friday to Saturday) and may possibly extend until Sunday, Nov 3rd, with cash for that one night. The points for this one night would be 23. Does anyone know what the cash price might be?

With tax, a Sat night in a BCV Studio will be about $321 for November 3. A studio is $354 the last week in Oct and thru Nov 2 and during Christmas will be $481.74!

Thanks for the reply, Doc. Now I know why I bought DVC. There's no way I could afford to stay as long or as often as I do if I was paying cash!!
