Cash for weekends?

Does anyone know how much a DVC cash weekend would cost.

We want to stay at OKW but don't have the points for the weekend. We are going Aug 21 to 27 (just miss free DP). We will either get two studios or a two bed (if anything is available)

its about 25% off what the cost of the room size would be
Im paying about $269/night for a studio in Nov

You won't get free dining at OKW anyway with a member discount or points.

You can check out the Disney website to see what a room would cost for that time of year. Take 25% off (if it is available for cash discount - not always available).

We were going to get a hotel room if the Free DDP was offered but since it looks like the dates won't work for us (DW is a teacher and has to go back to work on 8/30) we thought maybe we would just use some points and try OKW. Don't know if anything will even be availabe but we thought we would give it a try.

Just booked a 2bdrm at OKW for that exact weekend. $386 per night plus tax.

You can definitely cancel a cash reservation but their is some time restriction; You can't cancel the day of the reservation. I think it is 7 days prior but I'm not 100% certain on the number of days.

You can cancel up to 48 hours prior to a cash ressie without penalty (Just asked MS)
