Cash for Tollways (w/one stop)

We arrive at MCO tomorrow and will be renting a car from Hertz. We're hoping to just pay cash for the tollways and are hoping that it's still possible. The goal is to go from MCO, stop at a Target or Publix for a few supplies, and then go to our hotel (the Poly).

Does anyone know if there are still cash lanes that would work to do this?

As far as I am aware there are still cash lanes on all the tollways. Have you looked into the Visitor Toll Pass? Save you some time and money. It's free to use and you get cheaper toll rates than paying cash.
