Cash discount complimenting point usage

I am using BCV Points to stay at BCV August 3-8
sun-Thur
I have a cash discount of $450 per night, with tourism tax included for August 1&2/Friday and saturday night
These weekend points, would have been 75 points each, so I hope you agree. If I can rent my BCV Points for only $10 each. I am staying in a BCV, 2&2, for only 45 points each, instead of 75 points.
If anyone has any suggestions.

That is the way I look at it also. In January I paid $346 AP rate for Sat nite in 2 bedroom unit at OKW which took 54 points. We stayed on points for the rest of the week. The 54 points saved allowed DH and I to stay in a l bedroom unit instead of a studio for 5 nights after DD, SIL and grandkids left. Of course, you are paying out cash that you wouldn't be if points were used. For us, it was worth it.
