Casey's hot dogs are "no longer kosher all-beef."

Is this true? If so, how long has this been the case? What kind of hot dogs are they?

I believe they've been a mix of beef and poultry for over a year now.

This is kind of old news - they've been beef/chicken blend for quite a while. Someone once posted the ingredients from Special Diets but I don't remember if there was a brand name. They are 60% chicken, 40% beef.

Don't know what's in 'em but they're mighty good! Had two last week on separate days at MK.

If you order a chili dog with chili "on the side", they give you a big helping in a cup with cheese. It's almost like having a separate meal.

They probably buy so many in a year there is no brand.

So in other words they are their own brand.

We have a local 12 store hot dog shop and they have their own hot dogs also.

It has been a while. I want to say the change happened either just before or just after our '09 trip. Big bummer for me because I don't generally like mixed-meat hot dogs.
