HLN just said that Kronk's credibility looms large. He has to come off as someone who is telling the whole truth. This Rob guy (his last name will get blocked if I type it) on HLN is saying Jury instruction in FL is that if there is any doubt, at all, conflicts in what they're [witnesses] saying, then they can disregard his entire testimony.

I wonder if they'll disregard Cindy's latest testimony!?

They're also saying that Casey was so happy in court this morning because 3 Drs found that she wasn't crazy and now she has a big head because of it. Knowing how narcissistic ICA is, that doesn't surprise me.

Yeah, I just heard that too. I can see where that could make sense too. This woman has gotten away with so much through her lies over the years, she may really think she can lie her way out of this if she takes the stand. As they just stated, she's bragged on how well she lies before. If she does testify, I'll bet Ashton will be ready for her...

Yep, sure looks like that to me. She, or another jail employee (guard) overheard Casey telling Jose Baez where the body was. Funny how Jose's private detective and the Anthony family's private detective were both searching that same wooded area, as was Kronk, over and over.

Correct me if I am wrong but I swear I read this story somewhere along the way. When Caylee's remains were found (not yet identified) Baez and others from the defense team showed up at the site. Yet, when there was a possible child's body found in a park a month or two earlier, nobody from the defense team showed up for that. If this is true, Baez and company had to know the general vicinity of the body before it was discovered. Casey probably told him and the GF overheard. When the body wasn't found in the exact location Casey had told Baez, they concocted the "Kronk moved the body" scenario. Who knows? This whole thing makes my head spin.

I don't know why LP involved LE. If there was a leak of info at the jail that was overheard, LP seems to think that means all LE kew.

That falls flat for me. I can see Kronk knowing and JB figuring it out and planting the psychic "tip" creating the false search knowing Kronk will be returning.

One last thing. They're talking about a possible trip by the jury to Suburban Drive/Hopespring Drive area. I think they should see. I was there, and there's nothing like seeing the area to get a real feel for what the area is like...proximity to the Anthony house, the thickness of the woods. That has got to set back the trial tho. I hope JBP doesn't try to hurry things up to the point of a mistrial because there wasn't enough time to present the defense case.

Kronk's girlfriend works at the jail.

This sheds a whole new light on Kronk and all the calls he made about the suspicious bag and ultimately the body of Caylee.

Actually, more trouble that LE was talking to outsiders about an attorney-client conversation. I'd be willing to bet that LE aren't allowed to discuss what they might've overheard in that kind of conversation!

Supposedly, according to DC, Baez told him to call him before LE if they found the body. Who knows if he is telling the truth. I'm sure someone is but they have been crying wolf too many times. I need to research Kronk's girlfriend. I remember hearing that she overheard jailhouse talks and told Kronk.

This is,potentially, BIG trouble for the prosecution. A mistrial WITH prejudice?

More and more of these legal talking heads are jumping on the "Casey's having a meltdown" bandwagon. Interesting how we go from "She wants to stand trial and that's why they had her examined" to "She's losing her marbles and that's why they had her examined".

Now they're bantering about Casey trying to cop a plea deal before she ends up cracking altogether.

The one thing that they're saying so far that I can completely agree with is that Casey is a consumate liar.

There is a big difference between competence and insanity. She doesn't having to seem insane for CM to want her reviewed for competency. She just has to do something that doesn't seem rational...like insist that she testify although her lawyers recommend against it, or refuse to accept a reasonable plea bargain. I think either one of those is plausible.

The way the attorney described it today, it is extremely hard to have someone declared incompetent. If they have a basic understanding of what they are being charged with and the purpose of a judge, jury, prosecution, and defense, they are competent.

Mentally ill is a whole other issue. Many people have been declared mentally ill but they are still competent to stand trial.

One example they gave was John Courey, Jessica Lunsford's killer. He spent his trial sitting at the table with crayons drawing pictures of dinosaurs. He was tested and found competent to stand trial. If he was competent, Casey is more than competent.

I'm watching the rerun of Dr Drew from earlier this evening and they're saying that Roy Kronk's attorney has confirmed that Kronk has been ordered to show up at court tomorrow morning (Tuesday) to testify, so this should be good!

The defense is saying he had Caylee's body for months. I don't see how the defense is going to "prove" that considering the skull had the plant roots growing in it.

Kronk's story does seem complicated.
He had to take a pee and he comes across the body.
But he also said he wouldn't go into the woods because he was scared of snakes.
He allegedly told his son he was waiting to "cash in his lottery ticket". Doesn't waiting mean he found the body but didn't tell the police right away?

Can't wait until he testifies. I'll bet he can't sleep tonight thinking about how Ashton is going to mop the floor with him.

Okay, watching the rerun of NG and have come to the conclusion that her show is ending because it is getting more difficult to find guests who are willing to lay down and let her be shrewishly rude to them. She must have learned her interview technique from Morton Downey, Jr. (yes, showing my age).

Maybe it's just me but in the video where ICA is snarling behind JB's back, she stops when HE turns around, not because she's realizing the camera's on. She's not looking sheepishly at the camera, she's looking at the object of her disgust; JB.

Guess I'm going to have to review my recording times, as I may have missed the end of the day today (haven't gotten there yet).

Later.....okay, hopefully we never have to see Dominic again. I'd rather listen to hours of the snoozefest that is scientific evidence than listen to 1 more minute of that guy. I see what you meant about marbles.
