Okay, watching the rerun of NG and have come to the conclusion that her show is ending because it is getting more difficult to find guests who are willing to lay down and let her be shrewishly rude to them. She must have learned her interview technique from Morton Downey, Jr. (yes, showing my age).

Maybe it's just me but in the video where ICA is snarling behind JB's back, she stops when HE turns around, not because she's realizing the camera's on. She's not looking sheepishly at the camera, she's looking at the object of her disgust; JB.

Guess I'm going to have to review my recording times, as I may have missed the end of the day today (haven't gotten there yet).

NG isn't ending her show is she?? I have to admit that she is responsible for two of my favorite phrases, "Bombshell Tonight!" and "Unleash the Lawyers!"

I would swear I had read that she was ending her show this year (no way I'd confuse her w/Oprah) but I don't find anything when searching for it. Maybe I need to see those three psychologists/psychiatrists to determine if I'm crazy (DW's opinion not withstanding on the last issue).

Correct me if I am wrong but I swear I read this story somewhere along the way. When Caylee's remains were found (not yet identified) Baez and others from the defense team showed up at the site. Yet, when there was a possible child's body found in a park a month or two earlier, nobody from the defense team showed up for that. If this is true, Baez and company had to know the general vicinity of the body before it was discovered. Casey probably told him and the GF overheard. When the body wasn't found in the exact location Casey had told Baez, they concocted the "Kronk moved the body" scenario. Who knows? This whole thing makes my head spin.

Turns out the other discovery was nothing at Blanchard park--but Casey nor her team batted an eye when something suspicious was reported even though one of Casey's lies stated it was the last place she saw Caylee.

This is,potentially, BIG trouble for the prosecution. A mistrial WITH prejudice?

Potentially---but reading what you guys are writing, I hear everyone talking attorney-client privilege...

But what it comes across like is an attempt by Baez to interfere with an investigation and possibly tamper with evidence.

It is a very fine line. One thing to conduct research to aid your client, far different to find the smoking gun and get to it before police.

I think Baez has the potential to be exposed if he does not watch it.

My opinion only of course--but telling your peopleto not call the police first should Caylee's remains be found? That is okay?

I'm glad Kronk found it first and even if it is from an overheard privileged conversation, he is not being used to prove Casey did it--so it would not matter, IMO.

I'm watching the rerun of Dr Drew from earlier this evening and they're saying that Roy Kronk's attorney has confirmed that Kronk has been ordered to show up at court tomorrow morning (Tuesday) to testify, so this should be good!

The defense is saying he had Caylee's body for months. I don't see how the defense is going to "prove" that considering the skull had the plant roots growing in it.

Kronk's story does seem complicated.
He had to take a pee and he comes across the body.
But he also said he wouldn't go into the woods because he was scared of snakes.
He allegedly told his son he was waiting to "cash in his lottery ticket". Doesn't waiting mean he found the body but didn't tell the police right away?

Can't wait until he testifies. I'll bet he can't sleep tonight thinking about how Ashton is going to mop the floor with him.

I like this...if the specualtion is true, that his GF overheard Casey tell someone where the body is, can't he just say that on the stand? That would be CRUSHING for the defense, and Baez will be screaming OBJECTON at his own witness.

I know that his GF job may be on the line, but we are talking about a dead 2yo.

I think the defense is making ahuge mistkae by putting him up there. He may say things that they don't want known.

It is very plausible that Kronk knew exactly where to find the body, because of his GF, and he was "waiting to cash in." There was a big reward, and as many of us will say, the money wouldn't matter to us, but it does matter to a lot of people. Kronk being one of them. Him wanting the money should not make him the criminal in this case. He did not commit any crime by coming across the body. If he got inside info from the jail, he needs to say it on the stand. The jury needs to know that Casey knew where Caylee was the entire time. I don't care who gets fired in the process....the truth needs to be told...BY SOMEONE!

I have a Dr.'s appointment at 10:15 for this pain I've been having lately. I had it on the 8th, the 25th and yesterday. This pain is immobilizing and I have to lay down and just pray that it goes away. It lasts for 10-20 minutes and it's from my belly button to my rib area. This sucks! I'm not sure if I'll have to go for tests after that appointment.

If you guys don't mind posting the highlights that I'll miss. Even reactions from ICA if you can (I mean any big facial expressions). I'm thanking you in advance.

How far do you live from the hospital? Is there some sort of housing nearby for you to stay? (We've got a Ronald McDonald house across from our hospital...I think! It's been a long time.) Do you know how long they expect Nicole to be in the hospital? Do they have a recliner near her bed?
