You mean Judge Perry knows about Baez and Geraldo and he is investigating their conversation? I did not know that Perry knew that.

It's been all over the news. Geraldo can't keep his mouth shut. I'm thinking Judge Perry is allowed to watch the news and read the newspapers?? And even if he hasn't watched the news, I'm SURE someone clued him in on what happened with Baez and Geraldo.

Ashton was also asked questions about the trial (I don't know if it was Geraldo who asked him) and Ashton said "If I talk to you about this I won't have a job tomorrow."

It's going to be VERY interesting tomorrow morning, and it'll be funny is Baez doesn't show up because he's been dis-barred over the weekend!

I got my iPhone! What a nightmare project THAT was! The nice young but somewhat incompetent sales guy accidentally transferred DD's phone number to it. Good thing salesguy was showing me how it works and I called DH, who was standing next to me, and DD's phone number showed up. Oy. Took another 45 minutes or so to fix...total time, about 2 hours. Normally very laid back DH was clenching his teeth, and I was getting tense about the problem, about Mr Crankypants (DH), about DD not having use of her phone. Ugh. But, I got it now! Now to learn how to use it. (Note to self: stick to the Verizon store for new phones!)

I will be in Orlando (and Celebration...beware! ) in August. With my duct tape. The whole family. (Actually, I don't think I've sold all of them on the importance of bringing duct tape with them everywhere they go...esp if I'm with them with my own. )

Considering your admission of a duct tape fetish, there is only one question left for you to answer:

If you came across remains in the woods, would you scoop them up and deposit them in new locations every two weeks, occasionally call 9-11 to lead police on a wild goose chase, and finally reveal where the remains are 6 months later?

Who wouldn't?

FYI - the IM's between Casey & NYITALIANO3 is not Tony Lazzaro.

NYITALIANO3 is Anthony Rusciano, the Orange County deputy fired for lying about his connection with ICA.

I'm starting to think we need to have a sticky of all ICA's boyfriends & their pictures...

Are you sure? Does it say that? Because Anthony Lazzaro was from NY, wasn't he? And he started seeing Casey in April I'm pretty sure. I'll re-read stuff, after I work on figuring out my phone a bit.

Oh...and I had a thought. I wonder if Lee's testimony was STAGED. That Baez knew exactly what he was going to and did say, just to make it LOOK like Lee was keeping some deep dark secret, without actually saying anything. Enough to give reasonable doubt?

I know this may sound stupid, but maybe Casey wasn't home much for her parents to "really" notice for sure? And I can definitely see Casey blowing them off if they asked her straight out are you pregnant.

Not sounding stupid at all. It's completely plausible. Was she in high school when she got pregnant? Or did she drop out? Or am I entirely wrong in thinking that she didn't graduate?

She dropped out. I think she was 19 when she had Caylee.

According to the amazing, detailed timeline on PAGE 1, Casey dropped out of school on May 26, 2004 and likely conceived Caylee in December of 2004. If anybody has time, I would recommend reading it. It is very detailed and it starts with the birth of George. It is very long-64 pages- but also interesting. It is so sad that Caylee was born into that family.

The timeline might be on page 1 but if it's 64 pages long, forget it! It's enough for me to keep up with this thread much less a 64 page timeline!

Yes, if you Google nyitaliano3 & KC, they all refer to Rusciano. IIRC she met Lazzaro in late May, early June?

My guess is that the investigators for the Prosecution are VERY busy right now looking into everything Cindy said for the defense and anything they can prove she's lying about will be brought up during their rebuttal. If Baez was smart (which is a stretch I know) he would have made sure that all the stuff Cindy testified to for the defense cannot be disproven later. For example, he would have wanted to make sure there is no way anyone could look up or access Cindy's old work emails to positively prove she really was at work when she testified she was at home online.

He couldn't be bothered to have a copy of a hard drive IN HIS PoSSESION reviewed for evidence that might help his client or at least help him navigate the case.

I will vote that he didn't go the extra mile to check Cindy's story.

I am beginning to think that his defense strategy for all his clients is "I will believe whatever you say!". His advertising motto: "I'm gullible--I really believe you didn't do it!"
